Text and Call Back Service

Our free callback service can be used on landlines and mobile phones, using your caller ID when you make a booking our system will automatically call your number when the taxi is outside. There’s no need to answer it should just ring twice to tell you the car’s outside.

If you book your taxi from your mobile ask for text back, it works exactly the same as callback but send’s you a text instead. It’s free and we’ll send you a text when your taxi is on the way, we’ll give you all the details of the taxi before it arrives so you know exactly what to look out for. How cool is that!

The second text we send tells you your taxi is outside, a reminder of the type and colour of the car, even the registration number just to be safe
